If you wanna downpatch just run `Downpatcher.exe` 
If you wanna know what a manifest name goes to: Search for it in https://github.com/BLCM/bl3hotfixes (Cartel Patch is PATCHDIESEL-178)

Downpatcher - Epic

A program that allows you to downpatch your game to the specific version. If you want to remove/disable hotfixes, you'll need to be running as administrator.

Hotfix Downpatcher

A set of files that can be used as starting save files for new game runs. Saves go into: '%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Borderlands 3\Saved\SaveGames\[numbers]'. The save can be named any combination of 0-9 / A-F.

Profile Editor

A tool that allows you to swap between whatever 'profile.sav' you want to use. Your speedrunning version should be named 'profile - SPEEDRUN.sav'
