This isn't a guide. I would recommend watching the top runs to see how to get through the run and use the notes as a point of reference while running. Feel free to make a copy of this doc and add edits for yourself :)

A note on backups: You pass by the grocer before Steamwood I, before appraising the vest, and after you return from Frost Palace. Other than the 2 safety gels in chapter 2, the items bought in the notes are optimal but you can get extra healing at any of these 3 points reasonably quickly. If you want extra money for some reason, you can sell the Long Tube or T Hanky after FP. Also, as far as leveling goes, you can fall behind the route quite a bit for little penalty. You mainly just want to hit the listed -body level during the ant grind -fusion + lumina level during the Sodafountain grind -body level before rotating head room -mind level before Dark Lumina

Another note: Talking to KnightB and KnightC is optional. It gives you the desperado attack which gives you about 3x the lumina exp you would get from Rumparoni but its use is slightly limited by how hard it is to pull off and I'm not entirely sure it saves time.
