    -You will break his hand.
  -Back down.
    -You won't break his hand.
Consequences: None.
**If you break his hand, the Gotham Police will treat you with suspicion.
Choice 4: Decide who will receive the incrimination Falcone evidence.
Location: Chapter 5.
  -James Gordon
    -You will take the evidence to Gordon.
  -Vikki Vale
    -You will take the evidence to Vikki.
Consequences: None.
**The scene ending the episode will mention a person which is responsible for the disclosure of the evidence.
Choice 5: Harm or spare Falcone.
Location: Chapter 5.
  -Harm him.
    -You seriously hurt Falcone
  -Spare him.
    -Leave him to the police.
**The whole scene is recorded and proof of the type of person you are.

Choice 1: Decide if you will ease the pain or hurt Falcone.
Location: Chapter 2
Hurt him: Bruce will drive the syringe into Falcone's neck.
Ease his pain: Bruce will inject the morphine into the IV.
Consequences: If you help him, he will tell you more about Bruce's mother. I you decide to hurt him, Falcone will tell you more about Thomas Wayne.
Choice 2: Kiss Selena or not.
Location: Chapter 4.
Kiss her: Attempt to kiss her.
Back away: Back away.
Consequences: None.
Choice 3: Go as Batman or go as Bruce.
Location: Chapter 4.
Go as Bruce: Go as Bruce.
Go as Batman: Go as Batman.
Consequences: If you decide to cooperate with Hill as Bruce, you'll learn why Cobblepot wants to destroy you. If you refuse, you won't get that information. If you go as Batman, Hill will tell you how they get rid of the inconvenient people.
Choice 4: Support Harvey or don't support Harvey.
Location: Chapter 6.
Of course: Agree to finance Dent further.
Forget it: stop the financing.
Consequences: None.
Choice 5: Save Dent or Selena.
Location: Chapter 6.
Save Dent: Save Dent and Selena gets pissed.
Save Selena: Save Selena and Dent becomes Two-Face.
Consequences: If you save Harvey, Selina will manage to run away, but she will be wounded. If you decide to save Selina, Cobblepot will burn half of Harvey's face, creating a potential enemy in the future.
