It was very difficult due to several factors. This is a random boss generation, which caused many wounds to heal and take a long time. And, damn it, A. Incarnation, in my opinion, the most difficult boss in the game.
Mod note: I'm going to assume that it took at least an hour. So I'm going to put 1 hour in RTA.
