is there animation skipping?
i'm like 90% sure you can't skip any animations by mashing confirm (besides the very beginning and at the start of a new area)
but i still destroy my hands mashing anyways, because i don't want to maybe lose time

New Rule For NG+ No Buff Runs
Runs shorter than 30 minutes may be rejected for not showing the Strategy Bonus menu before the run.
This is because it's possible to get the same or similar effects from the starter charm as a sub effect which would be extremely easy to cheat if the menu is not shown, while not alienating new runn
