So it turns out that the "snatch shards" don't always need snatch
you can simply walk up to them

obviously the ones behind the small wall gaps sitll need snatch, but that one shard in the west branch adds a good 40 seconds to the 100% route

Following a successful Summen fight, proving it can be done without all the upgrades, I have renewed vigor for trying to get this category up and running.
I've routed it to the best of my ability and even if not perfect it's a good starting point.
