To those who it may concern, I've had discussion with a fellow runner and I've decided that IGT would be better suited going forward. Now you are only require to show the full run and don't need an external timer. Over time I'll will get rid of RTA on the board and request new runs to just submit IGT. The only added rule with the use of IGT is not to abuse time in menus for long pauses.

All Endings will probably stay RTA however until a better timing method can be used. (The time should include resets of maps.)
