Broken Timer

I tried TASing the first track on U/E/B version. I had 0'45''96. This was surprising since it was "slower" than real time. Then I tested to see what happens if I slow down just before the finish line and I got 0'45''41.

It seems that the centiseconds are inverted and a time of 0'45"96 is actually 0'45"04 and 0'45"41 is actually 0'45"59 for example.

Thanks for the finding all those years ago. This is now the very core of Enduro Racer speed running. And new second barriers are broken every month. But the inconsistency of the hovering makes it hard to reach the best second barrier consistently. That leads me to ask for your help with TASing.

Can you help us find a way to knew which rhythm to mash to make the flight after a jump the longest? Also if when you push down in a jump makes any different.

And while you're at it try, to find a way to manipulate the traffic so we can keep the engine all the way more often.

Help @The8bitbeast you're our only hope :D
