This is the routing I wrote in 2015 in preparation for the only full run of this game that I did. This likely needs refinement.

Tutorial - Get Beast, Get Scrooge?

East Wing -

Go to Fortress - Talk to Beast - do level one. Talk to Scrooge.

then London Skies - Get wendy and Goofy and Scrooges coin.

Fortress - talk to beast.

then Neverland Jungle - get Lumiere and Rapunzel.

Return coin to Scrooge - get sign quest - get wood from Beast. Return Lumiere to Beast - do drawing quest. Talk to Wendy. Talk to Rapunzel - get comb from Beast - give to Rapunzel. do after below with goofy Talk to Goofy - Talk to Beast - Talk to Goofy

Jolly Roger - get peter pan

Boss - Hook - super bounces do most damage - can drop bombs onto him but it will take longer.

West wing -

Talk to Hook and peter pan.

Castle west hall - get Donald and Snow White

Talk to donald - talk to scrooge - talk to snow white - talk to donald twice - talk to snow white.

Talk to Beast - talk to rapunzel twice - talk to beast

Agrabah - Get frying pan.

Talk to Donald - talk to goofy - talk to rapunzel - talk to donald

Cave of wonders entrance - get pinocchio and genie - where are they? talk to snow white Cave of wonders 2. - get peddler and pick axes

Talk to peddler, talk to scrooge, talk to snow white, talk to peddler twice, upgrade snow white twice, talk to get bird house quest, talk to oswald

Boss - Jafar - jump - may be useful to upgrade physical attack and str before fight.

Talk to jafar and jasmine.

Castle south hall - get simba and pluto.

Fortress - talk to pluto - do water quest, talk to simba.

Under the sea - get ariel and alice.

Fortress - talk to ariel, talk to donald, talk to ariel, talk to alice twice

Palace - get tea cups, aurora, tiana

Fortress - talk to alice twice, talk to aurora, talk to goofy, then tiana, then scrooge, then tiana and upgrade room to full, then aurora and upgrade to full.
