Sachio's moonsault (jump then down+attack) will be they key to defeating enemies quickly and you need to learn to jump cancel so you can perform it repeatedly for best results. Her special isn't strong, but it can soften up enemies and can hurt bosses.

Sachio's time saves will be on stage 1. Execution needs to be perfect and the harpies need to cooperate. They can stall by retreating into the air when you hit them so let them come to you and finish them immediately.

The worm boss needs to spit for the 2nd attack. Here we can drain extra HP before he retreats under ground when his health is at 50% This will require some RNG and luck. Even better if you can reach the worm before your EXP is maxed. We want to clear stage 1 in under 4 minutes.

Beating the Queen Bee before Save the Queen is possible with Sachiho, but every time I tried I got stabbed by a drone or grabbed by a larvae. I lost a minute here for sure.

For stage 3, the harpy queens will be the biggest issue for clearing quickly. Instead of moonsaulting the first one, you should jump to her ledge using the one on the fight to throw her off ledge.

Sachiho needs to spam volcano on final boss and not worry about SP. She can moonsault the meteors in one shot to restore her resources. This run could easily be brought down sub 16 if you stop Save the Queen and harpies cooperate.
