Description
Usual ALT-F4 after Taras Nabad gate BFG crash to prevent soft lock at 02:05:48. ALT-F4 at 02:50:40 because of soft lock in arena where we come up stairs, BFG, and fight marauder. I'd watch the second soft lock just to make sure that it's valid before reviewing rest of run which should be good.

For example, the extra lives tutorial codex cannot be acquired in the Ultra-Nightmare difficulty. T
