I dunno. Multiple people have discussed this topic recently, so the game may be not dead. The situation with mods is quite trash however - there is just one active mod and he is online like every 3 weeks (no offense, I understand they have a life). Anyway, I have submitted some runs recently and am perhaps going to do more after those ones are verified, so there's a chance that new people will join here and revive this game.

I'll put an answer here just so others see it: No, it's not. At all.

This speedrun.com board has always been slow with entries coming in, and anyone can submit new times whenever they want. The mods don't need to be on every day b/c people aren't submitting every day, and that's fine.
