I think it would introduce a new challenge for those who run console and/or emulator. Performing certain frame perfect tricks via emulator is next to impossible in some cases because of the emus frame skipping (1-1 POW block trick or 1-2 veggie trick). Would give those atop the leader board a new challenge. Would give those stuck running on emulators a renewed interest.

I wish to become a moderator for Astro Warrior for Sega Master System https://www.speedrun.com/Astro_Warrior The current moderators are from Brazil and do not appear to have been active in at least 6 months for one guy and a year for the other for any games. I tried to contact them via Twitch, but their channel chat was all in another language and they were speaking only in another language. There should be at least one english speaking moderator for this game. I have a pending run of 17 days. Thank you.
