because the 2 other games in the series use rta and include the award screens, which is what igt in this game excludes i'm assuming

P.S. There are a lot of runs on youtube that they didn't submit to speedrun.com. This one was even featured on the KoT official youtube: It would be nice to have these on the site

The game is on windows store, so I have it on my PC, but there's no PC option when i try to submit a run.
