The game genie is so you can enter every single pipe in the game.

I doubt this will help but I found a glitch in 8-3 where you go in a pipe in 8-3 and sends you to a point in the level closer to the flag to save a few seconds, but I only got it to work with game genie code AGAPPT. I attached a link so you can see.
