Added. It appears in the Level Leaderboard. (Trying to find a way to transport the Scratchnapped ILs to that leaderboard without deleting everyone's run)
Yeah I probably should use OBS. Hopefully it won't make the game lag...
But I'll do some retiming tomorrow and see how big the difference is. (Having an accuracy of 0.25 seconds is not very good lol)
The point of forkphours is to have a platform where it might not matter as much if you have a good computer or not, since it converts into JS. But if people arent using it then that defeats the purpose of it.
Tbh i thought more people would use forkphours than just Jump and I, so I would be fine with removing it, since my times can be beaten in the Scratch version. But Jump's times are good and deleting their runs on forkphours isn't an option. From your calculations it seems like its 0.5-1 seconds faster for any% so maybe we can add 0.75 seconds or something to the forkphours times if we do decide to ban it?
Side note: Slippy's and Snooty's runs were on a different version of Scratchnapped, before it was fixed for Scratch 3. IDK if it affected loading times but keep that in mind
Nah, I don't want to switch to times without loads, that would be such a pain for the mods to calculate. I want the leaderboards to be fair however, so maybe we can find another solution (or maybe removing forkphourus and changing the existing forkphorus times to the load speeds of the scratch version if we can't figure something out)
I'll retime the runs without the level transitions myself to see if I get the same result.
Added a category for Scratchnapped Adventures for the time being. I'm looking into adding it as a new game but if that's not possible we'll have a leaderboard here.
75% subcategory for All Coins has been added due to popular demand.
I wasnt going to do it but I guess several people want it, so it's added
Should be fixed now. I guess slippy forgot to make the link never expire. https://discord.gg/x3uS53G
Most likely you jumped over the scratchling. You need to land in front of him in order for him to move.
Rules Update: Runs using Forkphorus must have the emulator box ticked when submitting a run.
Personally the only reason why I'd be in favor a subcategory is if there's a forkphourus-only glitch or something, although we'd probably just disallow forkphourus at that point.
I don't want to make it a subcategory, but maybe if Forkphours is used, we should mark it as an emulator, since Forkphours is basically an emulation of scratch? That way you can toggle showing the Forkphours runs on the leaderboard if you want.
Forkphorus is now allowed. More details in the "Game Rules" section.
