I recently bought this game on Steam, but i have not been able to get the game to run. I have tried in many different compatiblity modes, but nothing happens. Does anybody have any ideas I can try?

My friend is trying to get a randomizer working for his Omega Ruby emulator. His emulator i Citra Nightly and his computer uses windows 10. Do any of you guys know how he can do this?
