yes this run is legit playing on a max level tournament is optimal because the cpus in max lvl tournaments are way harder than the very hard cpus in single match mode but its rather rng for how the cpus will take certain routes since you literally have to guess where they will go, and i didn't mod the game at all cuz like i said playing in max lvl tournament gives you an advantage to your run because of how you can use the cpus to your advantage for how better they play compared to the cpus in normal play and makes slip streaming much more better aswell
