yeah its what console you play on, not the disc. there are no differences game wise between the two consoles
about a minute in the any% route. questions like this are better asked in the discord
PAL N64s are exclusive to PAL games meaning you cant play a NTSC cartridge on it. if you purchase a NTSC N64, you can run JPN SM64 on it as well as NTSC carts. you will also need a TV that is 60hz compatible (eg. a CRT)
you cant really say 'to get a sub 20, you need these times'. you need to learn a route thats good for you and make changes to strats when you feel more comfortable. in your personal best, find where you lost time and make it up next time. also you cant make an ideal splits for sub 20 cos sub 20 is not ideal
Christ on a bike people stop asking for Michael%. it seems like the only people who want Michael% are people who have no interest in the full game and just want some excuse to speedrun GTA V. It seems like people dont think about the actual content of the speedrun when they suggest. Michael% would literally be 25-30 minutes and completing only 5 missions. essentially a small driving and shooting simulator with a whole lotta downtime thrown in. 12 YEAR OLDS LISTEN UP EITHER GROW A PAIR AND RUN THE ACTUAL GAME OR FIND ANOTHER SPEEDGAME
the avermedia LGP Lite GL310 is a solid starter capture card and it will let you stream your gameplay too. it costs about $50-60 USD
no, you have to use the vault save thats in resources otherwise it could be incorrectly timed. if it really doesnt work, you might just have to go through the vault cutscene every time

It is technically not faster nor slower than high FOV. it is just personal preference. some say low FOV makes getting tighter lines easier at high level.
