Scrolling through that guide, I can say it's very not recommended. Outdated route.

It avoids doing MMM 100's and the FFF framewalk which are pretty hard/inconsistent. It is about 20 seconds slower though.

You can always use the WR route if you wish.

They use the 20 star door skip (they have 20 stars when doing this, but i'm pretty sure that's still not allowed)

But more importantly they somehow get a replica in key 2

These are all 4 major versions. Just take them all in case you need them later.

A zip file is just a compressed file. You probably have the right thing you just need to unzip the file.
