What do OUTDATED and Actual mean on the leaderboards? I can't find any info about the versions of the game that they refer to

I noticed that sometimes I'll randomly loose about 10 seconds on some splits for no apparent reason. I finally compared my pb to one of these runs and found out that I just got an extra long loading screen, which is annoying as there is nothing you can do about it (or at least to my knowledge). I was wondering if anyone had considered this idea before, and if anyone would also be interested in it
