A prime example is the original "Fortnite: Creative" board. Even with the few games that are on there, it just looks very cluttered and unorganized, it looks even worse on the backend since you have to create different categories for each game you have on there. Even to the point they started putting smaller maps that aren't run as often on a separate spreadsheet. The Fortnite Community Content Series is much easier to organize and just looks a lot better. Many other games do the same like Roblox and Minecraft Custom Maps

As I have said before multiple times in the discord, I would be happy to add it, but I would like to see some actual speedruns of it from multiple people before so. Still waiting for those videos :)

Yes, it is easier on controller, but there isn’t any advantage by using it versus controller to warrant a category split. There are plenty of top level runners that play K&M

All runs have to be in 1 session. We can make an exception for 600%/900% if needed with prior confirmation, but the rest have to be in 1 session.

Hey everyone. It's been a crazy first day of this board. I was not expecting this many runs this fast haha. Just a couple of things to point out for people as we continue on running:

1. When you submit, please only submit under In-Game Time. Leave the Time section blank, this will just make my life much easier.

2. It seems that private matches are back up and running, so from this point on, I will enforce the private matches only rule. Runs done in public matches will be rejected. Any public matches on the boards now are fine.

Right now, there is really only one category I have in mind rn which is up and running. (Max the village). We just need to explore more of the world to see if there is anything else that can be done, like bosses or stuff. From what I understand there is no 'end game' as of right now which is sad.

I also recommend joining the discord, we are running a poll today to see how we want to split the playercount up for speedruns. Once we figure this out, I will start accepting runs

Ponzip announced on twitter couple weeks ago that they have deleted the island due to bugs. You are still able to play the map through the island code, but the bad news is that the map will no longer be updated. This shouldn't be a big deal right now, but if a major bug happens, or if Epic changes something, then the map won't be playable, forever even.

We will do that for you when you submit. You can just submit the run

Just in case some haven't seen yet, Nightmare mode has been added! For now, it will basically be only Any%, Glitch and Glitchless category. They will follow the same rules as the Normal Mode ruleset. There is no plan to add an All Missions or 100% category to this.

One exception is that there is a new bug where dying to the Lake Monster will take you back to the train instead of ending the run like it's supposed to. This will only be allowed in the glitch category.

We have been slowly going through them, mostly LA so props to him. But also, the time shown in recent runs will show the submission date, not the date it was verified. So the "a month ago" was when they submitted it, when it was verified in the past couple days.

I'm unaware of what multiplayer (1p2c) will do for runs tbh. People will just need to test it out on Switch, but multiplayer would just be banned from the leaderboards anyway, but we could perhaps make a new category for that if runners want it. (unfortunately, we don't plan on getting the switch version, so we would need switch users to do this and inform us)

There is a setting to reduce the number of chest clicks lol. There is no downside to using this setting like less toots.

As for the skill gap, it's still a new way of controlling it, it will just take time and practice to get good at it, just like what mouse players had to do.
