So... if I already had a run that was approved and put on the leaderboards, can I still submit a new one for a new time?

How long does it take for a run to be approved and displayed on the leaderboards? Because I've had 3 runs that I submitted almost 3 days ago and 1 yesterday. I'm not complaining, I'm just curious.
