Are NES TMNT III runs on Cowabunga Collection accepted?

As far as I know. The answer is "yes"
Just make sure to show the enhancement option screen. And all special options or settings are set to "off" then just have fun.
If you're gonna try playing the Japan version you can show the difficulty In the options for easy/normal and turn your live up to 7. Perfectly ok!
