What are the rules for using TwilightMenu to play the game?

Also if I’m allowed to use TwilightMenu, what subcat would I post my ILs in? Console or emulator?

If you load games via TwilightMenu, what sub-category you submit under will depend on if it's IL's or Full Game. So if it's IL's like you are asking, then submit them under Console. If you are going to run Full Game runs later on, submit them under Emulator/SD-Card.
