Here's a few tips if you wanna try this run : On the Judas fight always wait for him to finish his moves , then you can counter attack with the Square Button , if you don't do this , he is probably going to kill you real fast .
On the last fight hold the L2 Button and use only the kick button [ X ] , that was the best way for me , however you can still beat her using the same method that i used against Judas , but i wouldn't recommend that because it's too risky , you can always watch this video if you need any help , Good Luck ! ;)
