I can not clear that stage as soon as I jump the last laser in stage 1. I watched TAS video many times and practiced, but I never succeeded once. Is there a good way to do it?

The way the tas does it is a one frame jump. My pb has an easier setup where you get up to speed on the blocks. This actually makes the jump about a 3 frames, and it's isn't a whole lot slower!
