Done as a race vs SodiumChlorideIC at SSRM 2024.

An actual decent run that crushed my previous and only finished PB by over 30min. Can be improved by at least 20min but I'm satisfied with a sub 4. (The timer at the end is a bit off due to re-stream delay so the final time is from my own splits (Real Time)).

I probably won't run this category again unless this is beaten. It was mostly a one-off to showcase a (slightly) different TW run at the marathon!
