we have runners that are not hitting their timers correctly. because of this, every run will now be frame by framed for accuracy and the rules for timing will now be on character control and last blow to zok.

update: i am not able to accurately time twitch videos. the accuracy of times given with twitch videos will be up to the runners themselves. i am accepting anyone who wants to help moderate and is able to frame by frame twitch video runs. thank you.

I see that Technickle has mod experience. I have added Technickle as a mod. Would requiring a timer to be displayed during the run help at all?

I believe a timer is always helpful, and having a timer be displayed should be a requirement.
