Depends on if the community is willing to declare exactly which things are glitches and what is just unintended. (And the mods opinions.)
yeah... ^what Goodle said and: any kind of unintended gameplay is a glitch, just see the a+b trick where you can kick up walls...or a 2nd frame wallkick...even getting the owl's star in WF by jumping of the tower is an unintended "trick", so where would the borders be? right, you just cant tell...
No one would be able to agree on what a glitch is. Some think Lakitu skip is a glitch but it isn't really.
Then comes the discussion of "intended" but who knows what's really intended.
If you wish to replace your twitch highlights with reuploads, please edit your already verified run rather than deleting the verified run and making a new submission. This makes it a lot easier for us to track which submissions are reuploads and should be less work on your part as well.
