As of right now, there is load-remover for this game so it would make sense there's a "sum of IGT" column for All Missions (and Hardcore version) so that there is no advantage/disadvantage between players?
Where can the load remover be found? I'm not so keen on the idea of using IGT for a full-game run like that, but proper loadless would definitely be welcome (and for as many long load screens as this game has, probably even the primary timing method).
Sorry, typo, there is no load remover. It would be an additional column alongside the real time so there's no real downside to adding one.
If you are running more than 1 run at once, you have to use RTA if we are to count the menuing inbetween levels. However, due to there not being a load remover (which is important because loads vary between computer), we could have the option of a "Sum of IGT" times, where we add together the times at the end of all 13 missions. Although the time will be shorter than the RTA due to not counting the time between menuing, it is, until the load remover is made, the fairest timing method to use right now.
Alright, I'll add the column and try setting the primary timing method to be IGT for full-game runs, though I'd still suggest including RTA in any full-game submissions in case there's a reason to switch later.
Hello, someone messed the speedrun form up and confused ingame and real time so the leaderboard of each level is completely out of order. I suppose that has to do with this discussion so I hope someone can fix it again :)
oops, looks like the runs that the way time was assigned to runs after splitting the time column into real time and in-game time was inconsistent somehow. should be good now.
is it necesary to take the time with loading screens? I mean for single level runs
