I saw that there were several glitches in this game having never played through it I have no idea what save etc.. But was wondering if the community needed help with anything or if I should spend my time elsewhere?

If you're down to help find glitches it would be very useful for the N64 version! The game allows you to save anywhere which is super useful for finding glitches (for example you save next to a wall that you think you can hop over and quickly reload the save to try again and again). I'm currently the only person working on a segmented speedrun of the game, but there is another runner named CartridgeGamer that runs the game multiple times a week it seems (according to his Twitch and YouTube). I just got into speedrunning this a few days ago so I haven't had a chance to contact him yet but I currently run the page for this. There are lots of optimizations to come hopefully! :D

so does it save your coordinates? I am helping with meet the robinsons right now but will certainly take some time to look into the game soon.

Yep, it saves everything in the exact same state! Enemy coordinates, weapon ammo, etc. :D You could even save while jumping and it will reload with you in the air. Really awesome for finding glitches and making segmented speedruns.
