Timing Method
Hey, why we don't use IGT instead of RTA? It would be closer to how it works on Genesis and the 2013 ports.
We don't use IGT here because in this mod, you can skip the Time Bonus by holding the A button. That means the score count doesn't add timeloss, so we can use pure RTA instead.
