Does the Gender on the final hero matter for the overall run? I ask because I'm learning the run, and in the future would like to maybe submit the game to marathons with donation incentives for both Gender and name for the hero.

As far as I know the gender does not matter in the overall run. I believe everything still plays out the same way.
