Invalidating tens of runs without a discussion was silly and needs to be re-thought out.
No I mean it is a huge advantage because the maps start immediately without loading times. Menuing is actually faster in the new clients and also the old versions menuings is mad inconsistent (you can switch too far or not switch at all). I still agree with you tho.
maps starting without leadin is an issue on longer runs as it makes sliders start instantly (on osu!std, I can't speak for other modes) which means you have to hit stuff within like 0.1seconds or you miss a sliderhead and fuck the run
Well I'll get to the longer runs when my 10FC WR is submitted. I'll see how it goes then. Also for CTB runs you can adjust the catcher before the map starts but learning the beginnings of 100 maps defo takes up too much time. I would just recommend trying ctb.
