NOTE: This run should be technically invalid. Runner used save state to character select screen, which is not possible on console with cart and can influence RNG. However, since runner was probably unaware of that and waited random amount of time before choosing character, it was certainly not intended and predictable RNG manip, so the run will stay on leaderboards for historical reasons. Although, if the new run is submited with the same or any other save state usage, it WILL be rejected. /hirexen
