A spreadsheet that includes links to every skip in the game being performed, along with showing every segment in which there are no skips. Includes every game in the trilogy, both OG and Legendary Edition. For ME2 specifically, click on the tab at the bottom which says "Mass Effect 2."

Rebinding text skipping to mouse

Rebinding text skipping to mouse is not that simple, so here's an explanation.

¤ You will want to have rebound previous/next weapon prior to doing this (the default mousewheel binds) if you haven't already, and make sure all your other keybindings are set up properly as well. 

¤ Download coalesced.ini editor from http://social.bioware.com/project/1854/#details  (this just makes it easier to find the specific bindings and such rather than having to pore through a notepad file).

¤ Open Editor, go to BioInput->SFXGame.SFXGameModeCinematic and change either of the two bindings  (or both) to MouseScrollDown or MouseScrollUp (this allows cutscene skipping to be rebound)

¤ Go to BioInput->SFXGame.SFXModeConversation and change the first option (PCConvSkip) to MouseScrollDown or MouseScrollUp

¤ Press F5 with editor open to save the changes.

Also, you will want to pick up a few additional upgrades on the NG+ no DLC route: Across from Mordin's room in the clinic on Omega is one medi-gel upgrade. A second can be purchased on Illium just outside Liara's room. Finally, after acquiring these two, purchase the "Trauma Module" upgrade from the research terminal on your ship. This allows you to do a small trick on the bubble part of the final mission (see Tentaclepie's run for an example).
