Hey everyone,

I'd like to start this announcement with an apology. During the last couple of months I was not able to help out on the leaderboard and as I am currently the only moderator that meant a lot of updates were not brought to the site, I would like to offer my sincere apologies for this. However, thanks to the verifiers new runs kept getting verified and I'm very thankful for that. So consider this a big Thank you!!! to the best verifiers on speedrun.com! Anyways, let's start with the updates:

Hypixel parkour updates

• Any%

As many of you have probably noticed, Hypixel has made the Any% category impossible as you now have to hit all checkpoints to complete a parkour, therefor the Any% category on the site has been archived.

• Cosmetic%

Some changes will have to be made to the Cosmetic% category aswell. Hypixel have disabled using favourites while on a parkour run which makes using morphs during your run impossible. Other strategies still work however and thus the category will stay on the site. All runs using morphs will be removed during the next couple of days.

• Lobby updates

2 Lobbies have been updated in the last few months: Cops and Crims and TNT Games. Both have recieved new categories with the old ones being archived. Cops and Crims now also has 2 subcategories, those being 1.8-1.13 and 1.14+ to battle a skip using the crouch feature between a fence and a cobweb which is not possible on earlier versions.

Moderation update After the situation these last few months and how well he handled it, I have decided to bump up @Akasha to being a moderator on the speedrun.com website, I am sure that he'll do a great job so make sure to congratulate him!
