Hey, I never tried to speedrun MC and wanted to know some stuff first. So the main think with the glitched run is that it doesnt matter how I get any items as long as at the end (also while) of the run I can still use achievements (so i never activated the cheat option) the run in counted?
also this:
NOTE: All videos must display the world creation settings
Gamemode: Survival Difficulty: Easy, Normal, or Hard Starting Map: OFF Bonus Chest: OFF Default Player Permissions: Member World Type: Infinite Fire Spreads: ON TNT Explodes: ON Mob Loot: ON Tile Drops: ON Use Experimental Gameplay: OFF Activate Cheats: OFF
So i just ahve to respect those rules and it doesnt matter how i get my items (no MC Files editing I know or something similar just ingame stuff)
Achievements available while the speedrun is going and at the end = legit run?
Any%? Yes, you can use any method of duplication and other glitches, as long as it is a minecraft glitch, and not an inventory editor like you said. If you are speedrunning solo it might also be beneficial to turn off multiplayer to prevent other people from joining during the run, because that would disqualify the run. Although it is not required to turn it off.
Also yes, if you abide by all of the rules, then it is a legit run, no matter how many glitches you use. (unless you put it in for glitchless, then dont use any glitches).
it does matter how you get it in some aspect, no changing it beforehand and no commands. aside from that you should be good though.
The mods are acctualy good at being mods they verified me in a hour i agree with @Mixtongent73
you cant use the item creation glitch or command glitch in normal any% runs, theres a separate lb for item creation
I could go in do the tutorial exit transfer it to the newer version and then start from there
Hello Runners.
We have a new rule for all platforms, for random seed runs.
After completing a Top Run (Top 5 Main Category/1st ILs), you must exit the world and go to the main menu.
For top Windows runners, you still have to do PowerShell verification.
For Ps4/Ps5, this rule
