I have updated the rules of the game to specify platforms and emulators allowed. In general, no changes were made but it is important to know that there are emulators known to be faster and therefore provide advantages over the original console.

Also, before I became mod the rules of the categories were not properly set and were a little vague.

Rules used to say that time starts at choosing 1 player game but in practice many runs were timed with the standard "Mario appearing on cutscene" as the starting frame; similarly rules said that times stops upon entering the last pipe which may be subject of the runners' interpretations. Therefore I decided that now times starts at first Mario frame at the intro cutscene and the final frame of the run will be the very frame Mario is front-facing the camera (thus, entering the last pipe), that way it will be much easier to know exactly where runs start and finish.

All runs were already retimed, some had no video but are grandfathered in, no runs were deleted either.
