Would people prefer to have one Any% category for all difficulties or a separate category for each difficulty?

Should be split out by difficulty, although don't make the others until at least one person runs them, imo.

Edit: I'm totally wrong, the difficulty makes absolutely no gameplay difference other than how much time you get as far as we can tell. So for a speedrun it's kind of moot... so changing my opinion to one category.
