# Joe Wander and the Enigmatic Adventures

## Mechanics

**Seifer Jump (SJ)** - Pressing jump just before landing will make it a little higher.

**[Bunny Hop (BH)](https://youtu.be/Wqp2tjm2WtQ)** - After jumping off the pole, you can maintain your speed by jumping. You can press jump immediately after landing, do SJs, or spam the jump button.

**[Acceleration](https://youtu.be/BqP5OQ78wjM)** - When going down an inclined surface, the player accelerates. Moving objects also provide acceleration.

**[Infinite Rope](https://youtu.be/ywuYb7j5PH0?t=22)** - If you lock the grabbed object and pull the whip along the wall, it stretches to infinity. After a lot of tension, walking towards the trailer and releasing the object, you gain a huge speed, you can keep it with BH.

**Ice** - Moving on ice speeds up the player.

## Levels Notes

### World 1 - Portal 1

Try to do BH as far as possible after the swing pole. At the end SJ from the box.

### World 1 - Portal 2

Try to do BH as far as possible after the swing pole. The lake can be walked around from above. Acceleration can be obtained from inclined surfaces. In puzzles, you only need to move one of the blocks.

### World 1 - Portal 3

On the 2nd puzzle, swinging on a pole and releasing it at the right moment, you can fly to the top. You can speed up a bit from the moving pillars.

You don't have to move the floating platform, you can jump to it if you jump from the very edge.

### World 1 - Portal 4

At the start you can make a SJ from a stone.

At the end of the level there is a broken button. If you stand on it and start lifting the blocks and at the moment when the blocks are lifting you leave the button and immediately return to it, the blocks will freeze.

### World 1 - Portal 5

The 2nd puzzle breaks if you jump in a certain place. It's better to go closer to the left platform so that they don't start to descend too early.

On the 3rd puzzle, if you walk along the edge of the fence there will be a good camera to jump.

### World 1 - Portal 6

When the boss lowers his arm to swing, you can jump and hit with a whip and break the arm. If the arm is broken this way, then when the next pair of arms appear, you need to climb the fence deep enough (a step away from the fire) and move a little to the side so that the emerging arms do not kill you. Also, as soon as the fence rises, you can go forward and break one of the arms instantly.

An alternative option is to jump on the fence and hit with a whip when the arm is lowered to swing.

### World 2 - Portal 1

On the 2nd puzzle, we pull the box behind the building, tighten the rope until we disappear behind the palm tree. We jump, release the rope and jump until we fly over the 1st hole. Segmented strategy. If you pull the rope tighter, you can skip the jumps on the pillars.

Alternatively, drag the box to the cliff, throw it down and jump on the box to jump over the cliff.

The last puzzle. The easy option is to drag the box up the stairs to the other side. It is easier to lift the tongue up the stairs if you grab it from above. There should be a gap between the box and the wall so that the box does not get stuck.

A more complex option. Take the box by the side. Go to the corner between the wall and the eye. Start pulling the box. When the box stops pulling, go down. Go behind the waterfall. Jump and almost immediately release the box and hold left.

### World 2 - Portal 2

On the 3rd puzzle with water. You can drag the box up if you stand on the edge of the wall. Closing the laser will open the door.

Last puzzle. Segmented strategy. Very random. Hook the platform to the palm tree. If the platform does not pull on the rocks, change sides, pull and jump. Pull the rope to end. Jump and release the rope, approximately at the button. Continue jumping, as soon as you find yourself on an inclined surface, hold W. Going back a little, you can restore the camera.

### World 2 - Portal 3

### World 2 - Portal 4

On the 1st puzzle. Place the laser approximately halfway up the wall so that the laser is pointed at the wall. Walk forward so that the laser tilts and immediately after that, drop down under the laser. By moving backwards and sideways, you can move the laser.

On the 2nd puzzle. There is a hole with water in the wall.

On the 3rd puzzle. It is better to take the box from above, pull it up and jump to lift it.

### World 2 - Portal 5

On the 1st puzzle. Pull the box towards you by standing on the edge and drag it to the other side. Push the box towards the wall, while it is tilting jump on it and jump onto the wall. On the second jump from the door hold D.

### World 3 - Portal 1

On the 1st puzzle. A difficult option. Jump on the rocks and jump along the oob. Easy way. Complete casually.

On the 2nd puzzle. Jump on the wall so that half of the player is visible, jump over the tree, jump until you hear footsteps on the tree, then hold D, until you fall.

### World 3 - Portal 2

On the 2nd puzzle. Put the box on the button so you can jump inside the building. Pull out the fan and put it at the edge, remove the box from the button. Jump on the building, and from the building jump into oob. At the beginning, move by jumping, move a little inside, jump forward at the tree, then jump S + D, two or three jumps and you need to go a little inside the oob, go forward, jump until фyou are next to the platform.

After skipping the first puzzle, go to the door to get a normal camera.

You can jump over the fence and from there jump to the other side.

### World 3 - Portal 5

It's easier to fly on the left side, but you have to be careful not to fly too far. If you can see the left side of the castle, you're good. You can land on the left side of the castle, on the invisible floor, and reach the diamond.

### World 3 - Portal 6

You can speed up the boss a little bit, on the second coin. The boss will teleport if you go up on the fan.

If you don't have time, lean against the wall, the boss won't get you there.

At the end, don't rush to fly after the boss, it can kill you.

### World 4 - Portal 2

On the 1st puzzle. Place the first box on the 3rd button, change the color and place the boxes on the first and second buttons. Change the color and jump up. It is better to buffer the jump to the third step. From the ledge, jump to the last step.

Pinball is completely freestyle.

At the end you can speed up and BH to the end.

### World 4 - Portal 3

Last puzzle. After jumping left/right, hold left+forward/right+forward. Repeat until you reach the top. Shadows are a landmark where it is better to jump.

### World 4 - Portal 4

Jump to the second mill is made at the maximum convergence of the poles.

The 15 puzzle breaks if you pull the last block a little and die.

Last puzzle. Stand on the edge of the button, wait until the raft reaches the end. Start running to jump on the raft, and then jump from the edge of the raft to the diamond.
