Hey guys! I want to announce a new rule for HSE speedruns:

- New rule valid for all speedruns: "Any kind of modified version of the original game is PROHIBITED. This includes modded versions with infinite money."

I decided to put this rule in place for all speedruns in the game because I get a lot of speedruns from people using modded versions of the game (mostly infinite money versions) and I don't think it's fair or right to use these versions for speedruns at all, so I put this rule. Runs with modified versions will be removed, even those that were made before the creation of the rule. Use the official and updated version of the game for speedruns.
