This is not possible in any other version of the game to my knowledge, so I'm wondering: should this be allowed? Then again, the ICE CREAM MISSION insta-pass is allowed, so I'm not sure. Share your thoughts here.

The difference between this trick and any other tricks we've seen thus far, including CP skip, is that this requires alt tabbing out of the game. This could be considered as not a game feature. (Although some games actively prevent you from alt tabbing so IDK).

I'm interested in hearing thoughts.

Also, there may be different cutscenes this works on.

Or at least tool assisted. Since you used a function of a third party software for that. Might not work on different operating system.

There was also another thing that gets skipped by tabbing out in the jp version, but i forgot what it was.

I say make JP a different category than normal any% and allow all the shenanigans to go super fast in it.

Some dupes (such as starting AHOD during vigilante or PW2 during TBD) cause an infinite cutscene that you can only get out of by alt tabbing.

I don't think alt tabbing should be allowed in the normal categories, but I wouldn't be opposed to adding a separate category where stuff like frame limiter toggling would also be allowed. Especially if we were to find something that breaks the game even more severely.
