Doomsday heist purchasing setups
Is purchasing setups allowed in doomsday speedruns? I know preps are, but i dunno if setups would be, and I'm not seeing anyone just buying them to skip.
If you can somehow skip from the start of the setup itself to the end, sure. Skipping it completely, no.

Just letting yall know that we've given the rules a refresh. They should be a lot clearer now and basically just make official all the stuff we've been doing so far.
