I think you might want to change a few difficulties for just making it clean looking. Instead of normal-hard-impossible you could add hard-omega-impossible due the fact no one really runs normal at all even for farming purposes. For lv120 (medusa non-HL tier) you could just add them under 'omega' difficulty, then the HL versions under 'impossible'. Also make another category for solo runs and pubs.
Omega+ (Hard+) had zero changes regarding of difficulty, only more loots. It'd be the same as Hard. So it'd be two duplicates categories in different name.
Also I think you're mistaken - Normal is technically "Hard", Hard is "Omega".
Implemented some rules changes, none of them will invalidate any previous runs, most of them are just for clarity's sake. (i.e. your run must be completed for it to count, you can not time out or forfeit a run and achieve a time even though you "technically" reached the results screen".
