Visual Guides are included for each chapter, for those who prefer visual learning or to use alongside the written guide to provide more context.

Chapter 1 Visual Guide:

  1. Grand Hallway Complete the challenge as normal
  • [Requires more testing for consistency] Stand where the butler spawns before the challenge complete animation plays, to cancel Cooper's victory animation afterwards.
  1. Trophy Room You will either get 3 or 4 scary shocks in this room, getting 4 loses about 5 seconds
  • First Super Scary Shock sequence will always be A,A,A,A
  • Second Super Scary Shock sequence will be any combination of A + B (AABB | AAAB | ABAB | BABA)
  • Third Super Scary Shock sequence will be any combination of A + B + X (ABAX | ABBX |AABX |ABXX)
  • Fourth Super Scary Shock sequence will be any combination of A + B + X + Y (Example: ABXY, XBYA, AXYB, YAXB)
  1. Billiard Room I Nothing noteworthy, go through the open door as normal

  2. Gaming Room I Ignore the Imps and complete the challenge as normal

  • The key will always spawn in the box with the Xbox logo, located near the challenge door
  1. Billiard Room II Grab the pool cue in the far left-hand corner as you go into the room, and go towards the door.
  • For the first 3 skeletons break the pool cue and instead grab the trophy and try to hit all 3 for quick kills. If any miss then just kill them with standard attacks.
  • For the 5 skeletons that spawn after, hit all 5 of them using the billiards table. Missing any is a big time loss.
    • The skeleton that spawns last (He'll be to the left of the trophy cabinet) will sometimes take a second to get in range of the billiard table, so wait a second before using the billiard table.
      • This particular skeleton will, on occasion, not move at all and not be in range so I recommend standing under the painting he jumps out of before he spawns to see where he goes. If he is standing on the raised part of the floor, he's out of range.
  1. Lower Corridors "Scare Cancel" the telephone scare and spiders that jump out the vases. Go through the open door as normal.
  • The telephone scare is unavoidable but by waggling both thumbsticks side to side, Cooper will recover much quicker

  1. Cinema "Scare Cancel" the ghoulies that jump through the window, go through the room as normal

  2. Gaming Room II (May test this room for potential timesave?) Grab the gold vase in the left corner behind where you spawn, line it up with the chairs to destroy as many as possible before the challenge begins. Leave the single Haunted Chair that's alive and instead break all the remaining chairs before killing the Haunted Chair.

  • Use the TV to one hit kill the Haunted Chair
  1. Basement Ignore all the spiders and proceed through the room, collecting both "Turbo Cooper" cans and grabbing the cardboard box on the way. Kill the Mummy that spawns at the end and proceed.
  • The first "Turbo Cooper" can is located in the right-hand corner, just as you enter the 2nd room.

  • The second "Turbo Cooper" is located in the room after the large room with the spiders, in the right-hand corner between the green crate and large steel object

  • For the Mummy throw the box at it and get it into a corner, then attack until you are given the candle weapon. Attacking it with the candle whilst the mummy is not on the ground ("Mid-air" | "Sliding down the wall") will do double damage, killing it in 2 hits rather than 3.

  1. Relic Store Very RNG dependant room. The sarcophagus the mummy jumps out of determines the spawn locations of the other mummies for the challenge. Kill the mummy that jumped out to start the challenge, collect the "Super Weapons" can that's closest to you and complete the challenge as normal.
  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd sarcophagus is good, 4th is ok, 5th and 6th is bad.
  • There's two "Super Weapons" cans, one located near the door you came into the room through and one in the bottom right-hand corner of the room (When facing the challenge door). Go for whichever is closer to you when the challenge begins
  1. Ye Olde Archives Nothing noteworthy, collect the "Turbo Cooper" can ahead of you and go through the open door as normal.

  2. Cellar Collect the "One-Hit Wonder" can that's just behind you on the right, from where you spawn. Quickly proceed to the exit and kill the door before "One-Hit Wonder" expires.
