Would using the NuMuKi Browser be a Web Emulator? I have the Browser on my PC and I was wanting to do a few Speed Runs from there. But, I need to know if it would count as a Web Browser or a Web Emulator?

I don't quite think it would be considered an emulator, but I would ask the mods of whatever game you're trying to speedrun.
