How to skip to bossfight in every level

When you enter a level, you just have to build up to the left edge. Once you're up there, jump out of the screen and press ENTER. Now you are fighting the boss.

This works in every level except Squidward's. You will have to get to the second floor in and build up to the right  edge and jump out there.
