While working on how to tackle the entirety of Chapter 6 in one go I discovered how terrible my initial run of 6.3 actually was (this is 1m 18s faster).
The first route changes was clearing the 2 story building before going in the basement and coming up through the shorty room of doom. Probably saved ~12 seconds of backtracking. Second was going left in the keycard area (instead of right) which saved a couple second by avoiding extra spawns. Not sure if the breacher saw saved time, but it didn't lose any time and was fun to use.
Everything else was pushing forward and hoping lucking smiled on me. Seriously. It seems completely random how fast the zombies go down. The longer they're up, the more you have to stop to heal.
